I paired her up with some American crafts patterned paper- Jolly I got from my local Tjmax, a white lace trim for walmart in their .97 cent section. I used Derwent watercolour pencils to color her in and some Martha Stewart  glitter to bring out her eyes, eye lids, lips, wings and gloves. All this wonderful is glued on to a K and company gift bag also from walmart for $3.00. The bag is 8in X 10.25.

The Greeting Farm weeks 2,3 and 4.

Hello all,
Here are weeks 2-4 of my Journal for the Greeting Farm . I am loving all the fun I am having with The He'art Journal themes.

Week 2- Sandy Sunshine
Assignment: Create a free-spirit spread (two-pages) using the concept of Sand, Sun, Beach, etc. This could be a tribute page to a past vacation, or some sort of paradise, beach-related.... Use any stamps you want, colors, etc. Not necessary to use any TGF stamps, this is YOUR journal, do what you want cuz you rule that journal!

Tip: Try adding texture to your pages for a feel-y, touchy 3-D look. :)
 Week 3- Gratitude
Assignment: Create a spread or a page using the concept of Gratitude, appreciation, and thanks. This could be a spread listing your appreciation for anything/anyone. Use any stamps you want, colors, etc. Not necessary to use any TGF stamps, this is YOUR journal, do what you want cuz you rule that journal!

Tip: Try adding lots of layers on your spread.
Week 4- The Girl In Me
Assignment: Create a spread or a page using the concept of hand-drawn girls. I want you to actually draw a character in your book!!! It can be sketchy, cartoony, realistic, or even stick figures. Not necessary to use any TGF stamps, this is YOUR journal, do what you want cuz you rule that journal!

Tip: Try a different medium that you've never used before.
Tell me what you all think. Have a blessed day.
